Robert Joy. Managing Director

Robert has worked in food businesses throughout his life, in food supplement manufacture since the mid 1980’s. He set up Bionutri in 2007 having long been an advocate of Food Supplementation. He was a founding member of Consumers for Health Choice, and as Chairman of the British Health Food Trade Association, Robert was closely involved with representing to government our industry’s voice during the introduction of the Food Supplements Directive, embedding the principle in Government thinking that the free sale of food supplements should be limited by safety alone. The path he set Bionutri towards was one of Integrative Nutrition. Rather than developing a range of isolated nutrients whether alone or in combination Robert was determined to introduce products focused on biological activity and availability in harmony with individual dietary choice.

Fiona Cockerton. Operations Manager

Before joining Bionutri I had over 23 years experience working within large multinational companies working within customer service/sales, then transport and logistics management.  In the end I craved working within a smaller company where I would have a greater opportunity to build closer relationships with customers and the team around me, this is what drew me to Bionutri 4 ½ years ago. Here I get the chance to work with a highly qualified, motivated team of people that I can pretty much learn something new from every day. Our team’s main role is to liaise with all our customer and ensure they receive a high quality finished product every time they order and ensure all individual requirements are met to the highest of standards.  I’m one of those lucky people who can say they love their job!
