CardiOmega Plus is a twin-pack in which the micronutrients are provided in a separate capsule to the Omega 3 (Fish Oil) capsules. Both may be taken at the same time, but providing them separately allows the highest possible amount of Omega 3 to be encapsulated without compromising the anti-oxidative properties of the micronutrients.
